Shipping Policy
Information about shipping and delivery times.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
We charge a flat standard shipping fee on all orders:
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹79 applies to all orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, a partial online advance payment of ₹200 (non-refundable) is required to confirm the order, which will be adjusted against the total order value at delivery.
3. Delivery Time
Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive deliveries within 2-4 days.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
You can also track your order directly from your Dashboard.
5. Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If this applies to your order, we will reach out to you for an alternative address.
